It took me years of courses, certifications, and notebooks full of ideas before I truly started this business.
I told myself I was making progress — and in many ways, I was.
But on the outside, nothing was really changing.
I kept telling myself I just needed more clarity — the perfect niche, the right offer, one more mindset shift.
But clarity wasn’t the problem.
The truth was, I was scared.
Scared to be seen. Scared to ask.
Scared to actually receive what I said I wanted.
For years, I tried to think my way through it — trying to “fix” the fear with mindset work alone.
The real shift came when I started including my body in the process — working with my nervous system and subconscious to move through the fear instead of over it.
