Selling just still feels so damn icky.
But then someone asks you what you do at dinner.
You light up. You don’t pitch. You just talk. You could talk about this for hours.
You don’t hate selling. You hate what selling becomes when you’re forcing it. There’s a difference. And no sales strategy will fix that.
It’s the thing underneath.


And how do I know all this?
It took me years to start my business.
I spent weeks on a tagline.
Changed my niche four times before breakfast.
And then signed up for another certification because
obviously that was the missing piece.
I was buuuusy. But not with selling…
For years, I thought mindset alone would fix it.
I had the psychology background and all the tools.
And I still couldn’t get myself to just go and sell the thing.
Then i stopped trying to fix my mindset
I stopped trying to think my way through it.
That’s honestly all it was. I paid attention to what was actually going on.
And it was really simple: Every time I went to sell, my body said no.
Like a wall. Chest tight. Brain blank. Done.
Crystal clear that this has nothing to do with my strategy.
That was my nervous system telling me this doesn’t feel safe.
You can’t out-think that. Believe me. I tried for years.
So I finally stopped fighting it and started working with it instead.
And selling got easy. Not ‚I learned to tolerate it‘ easy.
Actually easy. Like talking about a restaurant I love.

My Career Path
The Dream Job That Didn’t Fit
2018
At the peak of my corporate career, Head of Department before 30. Proud on paper, but somehow wondering… is this really it?


Quarter Life Crisis
2019
I hiked part of the Camino but couldn’t finish – work was waiting. Everyone walking the full path was self-employed and free to keep going. That contrast hit me hard.
A Year in the Woods
2020
COVID furloughed me for a year.
I spent it walking in the woods, finally reconnecting with my body, my feelings, and the question: what do I actually want?


The Safe Business
2021
Started my own recruiting business – the “safe” choice. It worked. Freedom, money, success.
But it wasn’t coaching.
It wasn’t the thing my heart wanted.
The Move to Portugal
2022
With that freedom, I finally traveled. First stop: Lisbon. I thought it would be temporary, but the city, the ocean, and the sunshine captured my heart – and I stayed.


The Full-Body Yes
2023
I promised myself my next business wouldn’t be built from my head alone. I wanted a full-body yes.
After years of inner work, I finally gave myself permission to build the business I really wanted.

Now I’m here, in the business that feels like mine. Every client, every conversation lights me up, and I love guiding women through the same shift.

It all led to this
And now my mission is simple:
I help women bring consistency & confidence into selling so their business can finally give them the freedom they started it for.
I’ve met so many brilliant women on this journey. Women with ideas that could genuinely change lives, yet stuck in the same loop I once knew.
And I often thought, what a loss – for them, and for everyone who needs what they offer.
For some reason, I chose the long route.
It took me almost five years to finally start my coaching business. I invested five figures before I ever signed my first coaching client.
I told myself I was getting ready…

Back then, I wish someone had told me the truth: building a business is mostly an inside job.
Because all the strategies in the world won’t work if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.
Eventually, I figured it out.
I became my own experiment: testing, applying, and re-applying everything I’d studied in psychology and business, everything I’d gathered through those certifications.
And piece by piece, I built what I wish I’d had at the start: a simple, grounded way to turn all that knowledge into happy clients and real freedom.
It’s the same approach I use with my clients today –
so they can build a business that finally gives them the freedom they started it for.

It’s that moment when someone looks at you and you instantly relax.
Like, “oh, I can stop performing now. All is well.”
That’s how I want my clients to feel: safe to drop the mask and just be.
FREEDOM
Slow mornings. Work that feels good.
Saying yes when you mean it and no because you can.
Freedom is leaving your laptop early on a sunny afternoon, or taking a random Tuesday off just because you decided to. It’s the driving value behind everything I do – and the same kind of freedom I want my clients to feel in their businesses too.
LUSHNESS
Lushness is when life feels full, rich, and deeply nourishing.
Not necessarily from having more, but from savoring what’s here – flowers on the table, sunlight on the wall, a meal made with love. Abundant and grounding, expansive without ever being too much.
